luhya man from Western Kenya, has finally decided to open up on how he chopped of a pastors hand because of a woman. Speaking via a podcast, the man said that they had gone somewhere in Bunyore to dance the local music famous as “Isikuti”.
They were in a group of several boys, when they reached the venue, a certain lady showed interest in him, and they started flirting. He wasn’t aware that the boyfriend of the lady was around.
The boyfriend saw them flirting, he was angry and he came, and threatened to stab him with a knife. He even stabbed him at his chin. The man then managed to twist his hand, removed a machete, chopped off completely the hand of the boyfriend. He remained with the hand in his hands.
The boyfriend was down bleeding and everyone was screaming. He immediately had to run away. He went into hiding, police were tracing him everywhere, and luckily his close cousin managed to help him to go and hide in Nairobi.
After some years he returned back home as a changed person, he had given his life to christ. So they were invited to a seminar in Nyang’ori, and here is where he met the guy he chopped his hand seven years ago.
The guy was also a pastor like him, they bonded without knowing , and when he started narrating to him how he lost his hand, the man decided to confess to him he was the one who did so.
The pastor was angry and he even wanted to revenge. Luckily they were calmed down, he forgave him, and now they are best friends. They invite each other to preach at their churches.
