Mama Dangote has come out to defend his son Diamond Platinumz, after it emerged that Tanzanian’s all over the world are now boycotting his shows, after she supported president Samia Suluhu in 2025 October, controversial elections in Tanzania.

Mama Dangote made ot clear that his son doesn’t depend on shows as the source of his income. He can even go 10 years without shows, and they will still continue to live expensive lifestyle.

According to Mama Dangote, Diamond no longer needs the support of Tanzanian’s when it comes to his music. He has already made it in life and he has alot of songs, he can even opt to retire from music.

He has alot of investments and companies to run. Mama Dangote said that she supports her son and she will always be with him in any situations, and she also supports president Samia Suluhu.
