In the recent interview, Lilian somehow hinted on her break up with Juliani indirectly. She openly said that she never cheated in all of her two relationships that were public. This shows that she is no longer in any relationship.

Lilian went on and said that she hates men who take alcohol, and that is a very valid reason for her to dump a man. The dots were slowly connecting, and Juliani takes alcohol, meaning that Lilian wasn’t in love with his drinking habit, hence those might be among the serious reasons why Lilian decided to dump him.
