TV47 has found themselves in hot soup for hosting the infamous member of parliament Farah Maalim and giving him a platform, despite his hate speech remarks during the GenZs protest.
Farah Maalim is on record saying that if he was the president of Kenya during the protest, he could have killed over 5000 GenZs daily. He said that the young people had lost respect and they deserved to die.
Those were the words of a member of parliament on young people who were harmless and just in the streets fighting for their rights.
Kenyans have called out TV47 for giving such leaders a platform and they congratulated Jeremiah Kioni for quitting the interview and calling out the media house for inviting such a person who doesn’t respect other people’s lives.
