The famous and controversial kenyan celebrity and secular musician, Willy Paul who is also a very controversial artist was arrested by the police from DCI Unit on 4th March and taken to Karuri police station in Kiambu County.

Willy Paul had taken his social media pages to inform the public that police were at his mansion in Syokimau and they wanted to arrest him for allegedly causing an accident and running away. ( Hit and run accident).
However it has turned out that Was not the case, the police had came to arrest him, regarding the 2021 case that was filed by Diana Marua. The case was about Cyber Bullying, and Diana reported it to the police, the investigation has been done for two good years, and now there is enough evidence.

Diana Marua’s lawyer Caro said that Willy Paul will sleep in cell , and he will be presented in court on 5th March 2024, and if he will be found guilty, then the punishment of such a case is 10 years in jail, or a heavy bail.
It is not a light case because he damaged Diana Marua’s brand and also with the video he did, Diana was affected mentally. Willy said that he ever had a thing with Diana and he also involved kids and that is among the many things that made him get arrested.

The lawyer said that Bahati is not involved in this case, it is just between Diana Marua and Willy Paul and they will have to go to the court for the judgement to be done.
