Nandi County Governor, Hillary Kimeli Sang, who is the younger brother of Stephen Sang, has been exposed by the County officials for being among the large group of ghost workers in the county, who have been receiving huge salaries every month.

Hillary who is a KDF officer, has been on the payslip of the county, and he has been receiving a salary of Ksh.123,000 every month from the county. Remember he is not employed in the county, he is a KDF officer and his salary comes from the national government.

In addition to this the young man has also taken a Ksh.5.9 Million loan from the county. Which he was given, and the loan is without interest, meaning he will return any day he wants to return.

This is just a sample of crime scenes that are happening in Nandi County. Which is one of the most under developed counties in Kenya. The county has poor roads, no hospitals and few that are available have no drugs and the Governor is busy looting money with his family members.
