“Stop Praising Yourself, You Have Done Nothing” Drama In Senate As Sifuna Silence Sakaja

After pressure from the public accounts committee from the senate, finally Sakaja decided to avail himself before the committee to answer several important questions.

The Nairobi governor had defaulted to appear before the committee several times. During the session, Sakaja was praising himself, and he appeared to trying to convince the chairman of the committee and the members to praise him too. He was defending himself and this made Nairobi senator to jump in and stop him.

Sifuna silenced the governor and told him not to interfere with the committee, they know what to do and he should let the auditor general to present and answer the questions the committee will ask him regarding the financial management of Nairobi County.
