Famous German based Kenyan tiktoker, Nyako is on it again, she decided to reveal to the public about her plans, and how she is really planning to enlarge her breast through surgeries.

Speaking through her tiktok live, Nyako said that for quite along time, she hasn’t been feeling like a woman because of her small breasts. It really lowered her self esteem.
She said that she is however grateful that she has been able to raise her children, and she successfully breast fed them with those small breasts. However after breast feeding, they both fell off, like they got worn out, they are very small and it is now time for surgery.

Nyako said that for her to feel like a woman again, she will have to go for the breast surgery. She will enlarge them soon, and this process won’t cost her less than ksh.2 Million. It is just similar to the surgery Vera Sidika underwent for her boobs surgery. Nyako is ready to spend that money to feel like a woman.
