William Ruto started his 5 days tour in Nyanza region on 28th August, he was warmly welcomed with a crowd whereby it emerged that people were paid ksh.500 to welcome him, that is allegations from one of the insiders who received the money.

While on top of his car, he decided to issue promises as usual to the netizens of Kisumu. However this is the other side that media will never show, because when he was issuing the promises the netizens were shouting that he is telling lies . ” Hio ni uongo” A good number of netizens were heard saying as Ruto continue to issue promises.
