When a Court Case Was Dropped Hours After 30-Minute Phone Call to Traditional Doctor
In March I successfully won a case against my former company which sought to have me pay them for their car that almost killed me at Witeithie along Thika Road in July 2024. The link at the title for the full story.
What was framed as a negligence case against me was, in reality, a trap to tarnish my name and cripple my future. For months I lived in fear, imagining losing not only my finances but also my dignity, until a single phone call changed everything.

On that fateful day, as I descended a slope along Thika Road, the brakes failed completely. I swerved to save my life, the car rammed into a ditch, and I walked out shaken but alive.
Instead of admitting fault, the company turned around and accused me of recklessness. They wanted me to cover the full cost of the car, threatening me with legal action.
