    Kenyan Ladies Exposed For Practicing ‘Free Bleeding’ Not Wearing Pads During Their Periods.

    It has now emerged that a good number of Kenyan ladies, especially the GenZs, have dumped pads, they no longer wear them during their periods. They pratice free bleeding, they don’t even put on panties or tampons during menstruation, Uber and Matatu operators have complained of blood stains on their vehicles seats.

    It is a habit that is being normalized, especially by city girls. Soms claim that they are allergic to pads, and other say that most pads in Kenya are not healthy, they make them itch the private parts when they put them on.

    This is quite crazy, but it is happening, some ladies bleed freely in public, they don’t even care. Uber drivers have complained of being forced to wash their seats, some even replace the covers because of periods blood stains.

    It is a matter that is supposed to be addressed urgently, because it is slowly becoming a normal thing.
