Nyamira Man Arrested & Fined Ksh.50,000 For Keeping His Cow In A Poor Environment

A Kenyan man from Nyamira County, found himself in a hot soup, after authorities decided to punish him heavily for keeping his freshian cow in a very poor environment.

The man wasn’t caring about the cows health and it was indeed being kept in a very unhealthy environment. The authorities decided to fine the man Ksh.50,000, this is after arresting him and taking him at the police station.

After being fined, they went ahead and confiscated the animal. It is said that it is receiving treatment and has been also taken at a very conducive environment. It is also being vaccinated.

The man was told to make a very conducive environment for the cow, after doing that, then he can go and demand for his cow back.
