Mungai Eve Opens Up On Battling With Depression And Being Single

One of the most famous and celebrated kenyan content creator, Mungai Eve has finally decided to open up on battling with depression, as she reveals that she is currently single.

Through a question and answer session on her official Instagram page, Mungai Eve revealed that 2025 has been a very tough year for her. She said that between April and June she was literally battling with depression. Remember this is the period when she parted ways with her boyfriend Shifu.

Eve said that she used to spent most days in the bed, it was dark but she prayed to God and with time she healed. This even made her to take a social media break.

In addition to this Mungai Eve decided to make it public that currently she is single. This comes after having a very painful breakup earlier this year and she just made a decision to be single as she focus on improving herself.
