Kenyan Fans Demand Payment To Watch CHAN Matches At Kasarani After Kenya’s Exit

In a video that is going viral online, a section of Kenyan fans have said that they will no longer show up at Kasarani stadium to watch remaining CHAN matches, if CHAN doesn’t buy tickets for them and pay them some fee to go and cheer the playing teams. This comes after Madagascar knocked out Harambee stars.

Kenyans were showing up at the stadium in large numbers, and they were even crashing the CHAN website while rushing to buy tickets online. However it seems this has come to an end after the exit of Harambee Stars.

Will this be a very huge blow to CHAN? because they revealed that they were collecting huge amounts of revenue from Kenya. Kasarani stadium will also host the finals of CHAN. The turnout is expected to be low, because Harambee stars won’t be at the finals.
