A Group Of Kenyans Forcefully Admit Friend To Rehab After Spending Ksh.300,000 On Alcohol In 3 Days.

A video of a middle-aged man being forcefully taken to rehab by his friends is going viral online. The man is reportedly an alcohol addict and had just spent Ksh. 300,000 on alcohol within a span of only three days, from Monday to Wednesday.

Concerned about his worsening addiction, his friends decided to take matters into their own hands. They joined forces and forcefully dragged him to a rehabilitation centre, hoping to save him from self-destruction.

At the time, the man appeared extremely intoxicated. He was barely able to speak clearly and seemed to have been drinking continuously, day and night, for three straight days.

One of the friends even volunteered to pay Ksh. 20,000 for his admission to the rehab facility. They stated that they were genuinely worried and wanted to save the life of their best friend before it was too late.

Acts of intervention like this are rare in today’s society. Alcohol addiction has caused many intelligent and promising individuals to lose their way. It is an issue that requires urgent attention from both the government and the community at large.

Here are some screenshots from the video:
