A Kenyan man who is married to two wives is currently serving a 35 years jail term, after he was found guilty of sleeping with underage girl. While defending himself, the man confidently said that he slept with the young girl because he thought that she was 10 years old.

The man said that despite being married to two wives, he had lust and he was just attracted to the young girl. He did it knowing that she is a young girl. The man said that he is guilty of the mistake and he went on to apologise to the family of the young girl for what he did. He said they are now friends, the man is still serving his jail term.

According to the constitution, if someone is found guilty of sleeping with an underage girl, then the jail term must exceed 30 years, in most cases it is 35 years.
