Former deputy president, Rigathi Gachagua has decided to let the cat out of the bag, he has revealed how him and Ruto used to lie to Kenyans by launching fake road projects, even transporting tractors to the venue, then returning them back after the launch.

Rigathi said that they were both aware that there was no budget or money to fund those projects. However they both decided to fool Kenyans, by going at the site with tractors that they have hired. They would then launch the project, after it has been captured on camera, they will go ahead board a chopper back to Nairobi, them the hired tractors are also returned back to where they were hired from.
