It all started as a dream, but now it is real, Prezzo Logistics a famous Mjengo man, has finally finished building a luxurious mansion for his wife in Runda, Ukambani. He has spend over Ksh.30 Million in a period of 8 years.

Speaking in an interview with online media, Prezzo said the house belongs to his wife, because she will be the one spending most time there. For him he is into the building and construction industry ( Mjengo), hence most times he is always outside the county working.

He said his dream was to build his family a very luxurious house, that has standards of mansion that are built in the famous Runda area, suburb in Kiambu. Prezzo has now given his home a nickname ” Runda Ukambani”.

In addition, Prezzo said that it has taken him 8 years to actualize his dream, because good things take time, and he has spend over Ksh.30 Million on making sure that the house design is exactly what he wanted. The landscaping is on point and the entire compound is well covered with cabros and also beautiful flowers.

Prezzo will hold a very big event, he expects over 4000 people to show up on the day of launching the mansion. He also charges money for benchmarking, it is only Ksh.1000 per person.
