” Hatutaki Mtu Town” Police Caught On Camera Not Allowing Anyone To Access Nairobi CBD.
The Sabasaba protest has turned out to be more of a police affairs. The government has decided to deploy police officers on major highways. The police officers have been caught on camera’s turning Matatus back , and also turning pedestrian back home.
They are literally not allowing anyone to access the Nairobi central business district. The GenZs had vowed to show up in the streets for a very peaceful protest, but the government has decided that no one will access Nairobi town today.
Contrary to this, the inspector general of police has said that people are free to go to town, but the main issue is that the police are turning people back home. All highways have been blocked and Matatus have been forced to park, because they aren’t allowed even near the Nairobi CBD, the streets of CBD are very empty.
