” It Is A Mistaken Identity” Klinzy Barasa Lawyer Says That His Client Didn’t Shoot The Mask Hawker

Despite being caught on video clearly harassing a mask seller Boniface Kariuki, and later shooting him on his head, Klinzy Barasa Masinde’s lawyer, has decided to defend his client. According to the lawyer it was a mistaken identity, the police was with the gun but the bullet didn’t come out of his gun.

Lawyer Kiprono Keaton says that the case that they are having now, it is a case of mistaken identity. He says that they need to prove that it was Klinzy Barasa who shoot. He also says that the bullet was a rubber bullet, and Boniface isn’t dead. The lawyer said that his client is innocent and his case should be handled with IPOA not DCI homicide department.

The lawyer has vowed to defend Klinzy Barasa and ensure that justice is served because he is innocent and bullets discharged was rubber bullets.
