Inside A Ksh.700,000 Mabati Mansion Owne By A 25 Years Old Kenyan GenZ, Wilson Ngugi.

Wilson Ngugi is among the most creative young people in Kenya, the software engineering graduate, has flaunted his small Mabati house, with a very cute rooftop, nice interior and also green garden. The mansion is worth Ksh.700,000. Here are some of the things that makes it expensive.

Speaking in a real estate show, Wilson said that the initial budget was Ksh.500,000, but because of how the economy of Kenya is right now, materials are very expensive, hence he spend Ksh.700,000 to complete building the small iron sheet mansion.

The house is based in Rironi, Limuru area. He was given a tiny space between his parents house and uncles house, and he had to utilize it well. So he had to be more creative, hence coming up with a one storey small Mabati house.

Here is the photo of the house.

The exterior is built of high quality iron sheets and then the interior is well sealed with wooden walls. The wood he obtained from the company that makes Kenya power poles, meaning it was very costly. The sitting is well arranged, and there is enough ventilation. The interior design is just amazing.

Here are some of the screenshots from the video.

He also has a very small but spacious rooftop. The house has a good washroom, study area, home library, and a very beautiful bedroom. Outside the house he has a garden and the compound loojs looks dope.

To manage all this Wilson has so far spend Ksh.700,000.
