It is clear that GenZs are difficult group of people to handle at workplace. A Kenyan GenZ who is jobless, was offered a job, but she gave the HR two options to either postpone the date of Interview so that she can go for birthday party sherehe, or give the job to another person.

She told the HR that if that is an inconvenience, then she is okay if they give the job to another person. For her she value birthday celebrations more as compared to the job.
