Why Meru Blogger Daniel Sniper Dead Body Still Remains In Mortuary, 18 Months After His Murder.
18 Months ago, the dead body of Daniel Sniper Muthiani, a famous blogger of Meru, was found decomposing in a river bank. This is after he went missing for some days. The postmortem was done and it was revealed that Sniper was murdered.
The process of seeking for justice begun, the allegations that were forwarded to the courts, were linking the former governor, Kawira Mwangaza to his death.
The process hasn’t been easy, and it has been difficult for the family to get justice. This has delayed the burial of Sniper. His remains are still in the mortuary and it is 18 months now. In addition to this there is also a land dispute in court and it is about where he is supposed to be buried, the case is yet to be resolved. The family is now crying for justice and urging the authorities to let them burry their beloved one.
