Mungu Akubariki: Kenyans Praise Eric Omondi For Fundraising Ksh.1.3 M For Burial Of 9 Family Members

A village in Siaya County is still mourning the death of 9 family members, who were burned to death due to land dispute. However Eric Omondi has been a blessing to the villagers, after he managed to fundraise Ksh.1.3 Million to facilitate the decent burial of all the family members, and Kenyans have really praised him.

Through his social media pages, especially on Instagram, immediately after the tragic incident happened, Eric Omondi, travelled back to his home county Siaya. He verified the news, and it was true that the 9 had perished. It was a very humble family, he therefore decided to start fundraising, to offload the family all those expenses.

Eric Omondi managed to raise ksh.1.3 Million, and the money helped in giving all the nine family members a decent burial. They were all buried in one grave.
