From A Celebrity To A Drunkard: Gengetone Artist Maddox Battling With Alcohol Addiction In Streets

Edu Maddox was one of the top Gengetone Artist between 2018 to 2021. He was a crucial member of Boondocks Gang, together with Odi Wa Murang’a and Ex Ray.The crew used to earn upto Ksh.600,000 in a day from shows. They were making money back then, but now, the young guy is in the streets, just battling with alcohol addiction. He is in bad shape.

There is a viral video online, that is showing Edu Maddox intoxicated, and he was in a certain local street club. From the look you can just tell that everything is not okay. He appears thin and looks like someone who is stressed or depressed.

In one of the interviews, Maddox admitted that he is battling with drug addiction. He was ready to be helped, Obinna offered to help him but he declined saying that he has a sponsor and that he was doing well in life.

However things seems to have gone left again, Maddox tried to release songs but they never went viral, hence making a decision to turn back to his drinking habits. He is now a drunkard and sources claim that he is always spotted in local street bars.
