Why Harmonize Wants Ibraah To Pay Him Sh.1 Billion For Him To Be Allowed To Leave Konde Gang

Tanzanian upcoming artist Ibraah, is a very stressed young man. This is after his boss Harmonize told him that he has to pay him Tsh.1 Billion which is equivalent to Ksh.47 Million, for him to be allowed to exit Harmonize’s record label Konde Gang.

Ibraah was signed by Harmonize in 2020, he is a young man who hails from a poor family. Being signed under Konde Gang was a very huge step and he was aware that his life will change completely.

He went viral and some of his songs have millions of views on YouTube. However for one year he hasn’t been dropping songs, due to some issues with his management and his boss Harmonize. Ibraah therefore made a decision to exit the record label.

However it is difficult for him to exit, because he signed a long term contract with Harmonize. Harmonize has also invested alot of money in establishing his career. The contract still binds him to the record label. Hence for it to be terminated he has to pay Tsh.1 billion.
