Why Diamond Platnumz Was Paid Ksh.78 Million To Perform At A Billionaires Birthday In Ghana

Ghanaian tycoon who is also a billionaire held a very lavish birthday party, in one of the expensive five stars hotel in the country. He decided to invite the biggest musician in Africa to perform at the party.

Diamond Platnumz, Davido and Sarkodie together with other top artists were invited. The musicians were paid well, and the list of how they were paid has leaked online .

Diamond Platnumz is leading the list, he was paid $600,000, which is equivalent to Ksh.78 Million. Davido was the second one on the list, and he was paid $500,000 which is equivalent to Ksh.65 Million. Diamond Platnumz received huge amount of money which was more than that of Davido, because the billionaire felt like Diamond’s brand deserve such huge amount of money.

Remember this was just performance fee, there are other expenses also, like transport and hotels where the musicians stayed, the billionaire paid for them.
