Interior PS Omollo Open Up On Arresting The Person Creating Cartoons That Mimick William Ruto

The principal secretary of internal security Raymond Omollo has finally decided to open up on arresting the person who has been creating the cartoons that resemble president William Ruto and also criticizing the government using those cartoons.

There have been alot of calls by people in government, including lawyer Ahmed Nassir, who wanted the DCI to trace and arrest the person behind those viral cartoons.

However Raymond Omollo has confirmed that there are no plans to arrest the person who is behind the cartoons. He said that the person is using the internet and his talent in a negative way, instead he or she could have used the skills to create content that can be monetized.
