Naivas Supermarket Exposed For Overcharging Customers.( Tiktok Video Included).
One of the giant supermarkets in Kenya, Naivas is currently trending on Tiktok. The supermarket has been exposed of overcharging customers. This is after one of the customers found out that the money of the items on the receipt, is higher to the actual cost of the items he had bought.
The young man was forced to do the total with the calculator and he exposed the items that the teller had added on the receipt yet he had not picked or requested for those items.
After the expose, alot of Kenyans on the comment section, also decided to expose how they have been allegedly robbed by the supermarket. Alot of people shared their negative experience at the supermarket, and they urged customers to be careful and always calculate the amount of money they are supposed to pay before paying . It is a new trick that a good number of supermarkets are using.
