Omtatah: Why I Voted No Against The Charges Of Gachagua’s Impeachment And Why Courts Can’t Save Him.

Senator Okiyah Omtatah is among the few Senators in the senate who really wanted to save Rigathi Gachagua, and he had very reasonable reasons, because every Kenyan know that the main reason why Gachagua was impeached is because the president doesn’t want to work with him.

Speaking with online media, Omtatah admitted that he voted No against all the charges or grounds of impeachment of Rigathi Gachagua. He said that the process was unfair and Gachagua should have been given a fair hearing and he also said that the entire process wasn’t genuine, even if you look at the reasons why he was impeached you could tell that indeed the president was the owner of the motion.

Omtatah also said that the court can’t save Gachagua because this is an already planned scheme, even if he tries the courts the chances of him surviving are minimal but he should give it a try.
