Lawyer Elisha Ongoya has made a name for himself, this is after he dismantled Mwengi Mutuse at Senate, he grilled him and make him look like someone who had been just sent at the senate without the knowledge of whatever evidence he had presented against the impeachment of Rigathi Gachagua.
Kenyans have decided to dig deep at Ongoya’s history, and they were able to identify that he is a senior lecturer at Kabarak University, and he is the lawyer who led to the fall of the famous BBI case that was being spearheaded by Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta, together with their senior lawyers the likes of Orengo and Otiende Omollo.
The previous video of Elisha eloquently fighting against the BBI has emerged and Kenyans have been able to prove that indeed Ongoya is a very educated senior lawyer in Kenya.
