Musician Rema was among the top artist that had been booked to perform at the John Walker event at Kasarani Stadium. It was a very big event, keeping in mind that Rema has alot of fans in Kenya.

The tickets were somehow expensive and most of the GenZs couldn’t afford it. The young people decided to occupy Kasarani. They came in huge numbers and they successfully managed to breach the security. They forcefully entered the event for free.

The security personnel couldn’t hold anymore, they just decided to let them in, because if they could have applied force, then there could have been alot of chaos,that could have led to fatalities and this could have painted the event a very bad picture.
