” Nimeshindwa Kuwapata” Oparanya Admits That He Can’t Find Ksh.13 Billion Hustler Fund Defaulters.

Cabinet Secretary Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya has finally decided to open up on hustler fund issue, where about Ksh.13 billion borrowed by Kenyans has not been refunded. The hustler fund was one of the strongest campaign initiatives of William Ruto , and it was meant to help small traders and also those seeking to expand their business.

Oparanya had vowed to go door to door collecting money from those who had defaulted. He had admitted that they will use force to collect the money back, and urged those who haven’t returned the money to refund immediately.

However it is seems like it is a mission impossible. The CS admitted that it is difficult to trace and found the defaulters. This means that the Ksh.13 billion might go like that. However he said that they are still trying to look for an alternative way that they can use to negotiate with the borrower’s and make them refund the money.
