About Butere Boys Highschool
Butere Boys High School is an Extra County school located in Kakamega County. It is located in Butere constituency, and it is just opposite their sister school Butere girls , which is a national school. The school is also near the well known Butere Hospital.
This school has been gaining massive applause online for being the home of some of the famous creatives in Kenya. Most of the old boys of this school are doing well in life, and some who are in the limelight have admitted publicly that the school shaped their lives, and it is the reason why they see the world different and also get to achieve some amazing milestones.
Former Kakamega Governor and also the deputy charman of ODM, Mr Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya is an old boy of this school.
In this article we will focus more on the alluminiles of Butere Boys highschool who are really doing great in the entertainment industry, and they are infact pioneers in whatever they do.
1. Amerix
He is one of the most famous celebrities on X ( formely twitter). Amerix is just on another level and he has played a very huge role in shaping the society, especially boychild. His advice are compared to those of Andrew Kibe and men have really appreciated this man for making them behave like real men.
He is an old boy of Butere Boys High school, on twitter Amerix is a well known brand and his impact in the society is evident and literally a huge number of kenyans always rally behind him in whatever he does or says.
2, Eddie Butita
Many can agree that Eddie Butita changed the entertainment industry of Kenya. He is among the most creative script writers in Kenya who have been even recognised by netflix globally.
Butita begun his creative journey at Butere Boys High School. In one of the interviews the comedian thanked the school principal then , Mr Odera Edward for how he played a huge role in making him a real man, and being able to make very crucial decisions that have been key in helping him to change the entertainment industry.
He is also the CEO of SPM Buzz, which is an online media and it has even the state recognition. Butita has also impacted the lives of many content creators and comedian in the country, he is a genius and his creativity is just out of this world.
3, Josh Wonder
His relationship with famous tiktoker Ajib Gathoni brought him to the limelight. Since then Josh is among the most loved digital content creators in the country. His fashion sense and his lifestyle is just something that has been inspiring young youths like him who want to make it in the digital world. On Tiktok and Instagram Josh is gaining much fame, and he has secured nominations to several awards such as pulse awards and many more. He is a future jewel and very soon he will go a step ahead.
There are many others who are doing well in the digital space, who are old boys of Butere Boys. Eugene Anangwe who is a famous journalist is also an old boy of Butere. There is also Johnson Omurwa, Harambee stars defender who plays international football in Portugal. Ken Babu is also a rising politician and the youth senator of Nairobi county.
